Gift Wrap

We offer complimentary gift-wrap.

Shipping

We ship UPS in the United States. We charge a $5 packing fee per box plus UPS charges. All UPS shipments are fully insured through UPS. For small items we send them through USPS.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a full refund within 15 days with original receipt. Without a receipt we offer store credit or exchange. We can also include a gift receipt with gifts for easy exchange. Sale items, bath products and food items are not returnable.

Payment

We take VISA, Mastercard, cash and checks with proper ID. We offer gift cards and gift receipts.

Staff

We have a long-term staff that offers friendly and knowledgeable help. Special orders are available upon request.

Artist Policy

Artisans was originally founded as a cooperative, but has not been one since 1991. We are dedicated to promoting hand made work by living artists. We carry American made artists from all over North America with an emphasis on local artists. We carry artists on consignment with a 50/50 split and we also buy outright. We do carry a small portion of work made out of the country, however our relationship is based with the artist who designs the work.

Reviewing Artists Work

Santa Cruz and the greater Bay Area are fortunate to be home to so many artists. We appreciate all of the artistic effort this area has to offer, but we are unable to represent as many artists as we would like due to space limitations. At this time we review new artists submissions via email or by appointment on Fridays if time is available. We do not review artwork in the store on the weekends due to needing to be available to assist our customers.
