From surreal squirrels to soulful succulents, Diana Hartman’s work invites you into a whimsical world where nature meets nostalgia. Based in San Francisco and a beloved part-time member of our team, Diana helps curate our First Friday art shows with the same thoughtful eye she brings to her brush.

Her original paintings and prints often feature animals and plants with a surreal, storybook twist—rendered on repurposed wood panels and found objects that she transforms into something magical. When she’s not painting flora and fauna, Diana is crafting custom pet portraits full of charm and personality.

Thoughtful, dreamlike, and always a little unexpected, Diana’s art is a celebration of the wild, the wonderful, and the weirdly beautiful.
