Submit Your Art

Hey artist friend! We’re always on the lookout for fresh, fabulous, USA-made work—and we’re flattered you want to be part of what we do here at Artisans & agency.

For nearly 50 years, we’ve been championing independent artists and small-batch makers. Some of our goods are consigned, others are purchased outright—but all of it is thoughtfully chosen and well-loved. That said… our inbox (and wall space) fills up fast. Read on for how to give your work the best chance of making it into the mix.

✨ How to Submit Your Work

  • Send it by email only to
    artistsubmission[at]artisanssantacruz.com
    Use “Artist Submission” as your subject line.

  • Include
    📸 clear images of your work
    💸 prices
    🖼️ where else you sell
    🌐 website or social handles
    🧠 a short bio

  • Minimum of 12 pieces: We’re looking to build relationships, not carry one-offs.

  • Consignment is 50/50 and we also buy outright. It depends!

  • No drop-ins or calls, please—our shop staff is amazing, but not part of the buying team.

  • No follow-ups needed.  We review submissions as time allows and will reach out if it's a fit.

  • Only submit once every 12 months—thanks!

🎨 Other Ways to Get Involved

Our First Friday art shows rotate monthly and fill up quickly. If you're interested, don’t wait too long—we love planning ahead!

We also host First Friday trunk shows, which are a fun way to get your work in front of the community (and maybe into the shop longer-term). Trunk show artists often leave their work with us for a month-long trial run.
