Shipping policy

Every order is packed with care—like a gift to yourself or someone you love. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. All shipping options include tracking and insurance, and we’ll send your tracking info as soon as your package is on the move.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Artwork, rugs, and special orders may take longer—we’ll keep you updated with estimated shipping timelines.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order. We do not currently offer free shipping, but we always aim to keep rates fair and transparent.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip the shipping? Local pickup is available at our Santa Cruz shop during store hours. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout—we’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day.

Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product (like a downloadable gift card or PDF), you’ll receive a download link by email right after checkout. No physical item will be shipped.

A Few Final Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect information.

  • Be sure your shipping address leads to a safe and secure location. Once a package is marked “delivered,” we’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
