Winters draws inspiration from vintage travel posters, landscape/cityscape paintings, and the paint-by-numbers kits he used as a child to produce beautiful pieces featuring the sights of Santa Cruz and San Francisco. Each piece is hand silkscreen printed on paper and signed by the artist.
