Mark Poulin’s process is all about craftsmanship and care. Starting with a hand-carved wax model, he casts each piece in solid sterling silver and molds it for small-scale production. Next, he applies four coats of vitreous enamel—fired at 1400°F—to build a rich, glossy finish. Then, Mark’s original artwork is screen printed in enamel on top and kiln-fired again, creating a durable, waterproof, and vibrant surface.
