Small in scale, but not short on pattern. Laurie Pollpeter Eskenazi builds her stoneware around the textures of vintage lace, embroidery, buttons, and antique textiles, drawing on childhood memories of the needlework made by her grandmother and great-grandmother. Each mini heart is pressed, layered, and glazed by hand, giving every design its own mix of color, texture, and personality.
